Refund & Returns Policy – Trollei

At Trollei, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy as set out below.

1. Returns Period

  • You may request a return within 10 to 15 days of receiving your order.

  • After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Certain goods are exempt from return, including but not limited to:

    • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers).

    • Personal care or hygiene products.

    • Customized or personalized products.

    • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
